By visiting this website, purchasing a product, commissioning a custom project, using the ANCHOR platform or accessing any Storm Studios service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.

You may only use Storm Studios if you are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your country or if you have obtained the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Storm Studios provides digital products and services including, but not limited to, custom websites, Discord bots, Discord server development, Roblox development, hosting services (where available) and the ANCHOR Discord Bot.
Certain products or services may be subject to additional agreements, quotations or project-specific conditions.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account and use our services responsibly.
You are solely responsible for all actions performed using your Discord account, customer account or any connected services.
Any misuse, abuse or attempt to compromise Storm Studios, ANCHOR or other users may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.
Orders placed through Storm Studios may include digital products, custom development services or project-based work.
Every custom project is planned individually. Project scope, pricing, delivery time and any additional requirements will be agreed upon before development begins.
Customers are responsible for providing all required information, assets, branding, documentation and feedback necessary for the completion of their project.
Delays caused by missing information or late customer responses may result in adjusted delivery schedules.
Storm Studios currently supports multiple payment methods depending on the selected product or service.
Full payment or any agreed deposit may be required before work begins.
Storm Studios reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse or payment issues.

Storm Studios automatically calculates Roblox's marketplace fees when displaying Robux prices so that the agreed project value is received.
Orders paid using Robux will not begin until payment has been successfully verified.
Estimated delivery times are provided for planning purposes only.
While Storm Studios aims to deliver every project within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to project complexity, customer revisions or unforeseen technical circumstances.
Customers will be informed whenever significant delays occur.
Due to the nature of digital products and custom development services, refunds are generally not available once development has started or a digital product has been delivered.
Refund requests submitted before work has begun may be reviewed individually.
Storm Studios reserves the right to determine whether a refund is appropriate based on the specific circumstances of each order and any applicable consumer protection laws.
Anchor is a proprietary Discord bot and management platform developed and operated by Storm Studios.
Users may only use Anchor in accordance with these Terms, the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Developer Policies.
Any attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, abuse or intentionally disrupt Anchor or its dashboard may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.
Storm Studios reserves the right to add, modify or remove features at any time in order to improve the platform.
All content published by Storm Studios, including but not limited to source code, software, graphics, branding, interfaces, documentation, logos, icons, designs, project files and the ANCHOR platform, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Storm Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers receive only the usage rights explicitly stated in their project agreement or purchase confirmation.
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, reverse engineering or unauthorized copying of Storm Studios products is strictly prohibited. Not following these terms may result in legal action and permanent suspension of access to Storm Studios services.
Certain Storm Studios services rely on third-party platforms including Discord, Roblox, Stripe, PayPal and external hosting providers.
Storm Studios is not responsible for outages, service interruptions or policy changes affecting those external services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from the use of our website, software, services or digital products.
This includes, but is not limited to, business interruption, loss of profits, data loss or service downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Storm Studios reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any service, dashboard, Discord bot or customer account if these Terms are violated.
Examples include fraudulent activity, payment disputes, abuse, harassment, unauthorized access attempts or activities that may negatively affect Storm Studios, Anchor or other users.
While Storm Studios aims to provide reliable and continuous services, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, security updates or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect the availability of certain services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any disputes arising from the use of Storm Studios services shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction under German law.
Storm Studios reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms of Service whenever necessary.
Changes may be required due to legal requirements, security improvements, infrastructure updates or new products and services.
Continued use of Storm Studios services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Storm Studios utilizes trusted third-party software, APIs and infrastructure providers to deliver certain features and services.
This includes, but is not limited to, Discord, Stripe, PayPal, Roblox, Lucide Icons, GSAP and other open-source software where applicable.
These services remain subject to their own respective terms, licenses and privacy policies.
